Antonio "Tony" Luciano is a fictional character from London based drama series City Girls created by Hannah. Tony is represented by actor Maurice Benard .

Maurice Benard is famous for his role as Sonny Corinthos in General Hospital and plays a similiar role in City Girls. After being diagonised as biopolar at age 22, Maurice has become a spokesperson for the treatment of the disorder with Mental Health America. Maurice has been nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in 1996, 1997, 2004 and 2006, he won the award in 2003.

Characterisation and Back StoryEdit

Tony was the son of London crime boss Antonio Luciano and after his death took over the family business. On the exterior, Tony is a legitimate businessman, but in reality he is mixed up in the world of drugs, money laundering and prostitution.

Tony appeared as the businessman who became determined to get his hands on Ashllie's, the night club owned by Ashley Woods.

It was revealed that he had forced Chris Halliday into sabotaging Ashllie's in attempt to convince Ashley to sell. However, stubborn Ashley refused to let Tony intimidate her, ultimately impressing the crime boss.

Tony showed a rare soft side as he comforted Ashley after she was involved in a car accident.

Season FiveEdit

Season Five is due to begin in June 2014, it is set four years after the Season Four Finale. Only Shelley Hennig (Izzie), Rachel Melvin (Holly) and Julie Marie Berman (Ashley) have been confirmed to return.
